Shipping

Orders for Hong Kong:
Once your order is confirmed, the items will be shipped within 4 business days. All local orders will be delivered through SF Express, and a tracking number will be provided for order tracking. Customers can choose from the following pickup options:

  • SF Locker
  • SF Service Center/SF Store
    Delivery to residential or commercial address
  • Pickup at 7-11/OK convenience stores

Free delivery is available for orders with a net amount of HK$800 or above (calculated after discounts).For orders under HK$800, the delivery fee will be paid by the customer and sent via SF Express cash on delivery.

Orders for Macau / Taiwan / Malaysia / Singapore:
Once your order is confirmed, the items will be shipped within 4 business days via SF Express. Customers can choose pickup at SF Lockers, Service Centers, or delivery to residential/commercial addresses. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer (shipped as SF Express Freight Collect).

For all orders shipped to Taiwan, real-name authentication is required for customs clearance. Please provide your Taiwan ID, passport, or residence permit number in the order remarks. All personal information will be deleted after the order is completed.

  • According to Taiwan Ministry of Finance regulations, real-name authentication is required for all imported personal packages. If the recipient is an individual, please download the "EZ WAY" app and complete the real-name authentication by linking your mobile number. The recipient’s information must match the information in the app.

International Orders:
Overseas Shipping Policy All overseas orders are not eligible for free shipping. We currently offer two shipping options:

1. SF Express

  • Shipping fees and taxes are usually collected on delivery (COD).
  • For certain regions where the sender (vg) is required to pay in advance, we will notify you via email and provide a payment link to cover the shipping cost.

2. Hongkong Post – e-Express

  • All shipping fees will be prepaid by the sender (vg).
  • We will send you an email with a payment link to complete the shipping fee.
  • All shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order. Please refer to SF Express and Hongkong Post websites for detailed rates.
  • Once shipped, a receipt and tracking number will be provided.
  • To ensure smooth delivery, please complete the shipping fee payment within 3 business days upon receiving our payment link.
  • Please ensure your postal/ZIP code is correctly filled in to avoid delivery delays.

Return and Exchange

Hong Kong:
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for full-priced products. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at vaguegoutte@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Returns or exchanges are allowed one time only per order; multiple requests will not be accepted.
  • Only items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. All other approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.
  • Items purchased on discount, markdown, or during seasonal sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Additional Terms:

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Store credit (based on the original purchase price) will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
